looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator tojoin our team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate client billing and supporting ourproject managementteam.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate with office and site-basedProject ManagementTeam (PMT) for Client Billing backup collection and processing, including TS-s, summary reports, and related documentation.
Responsible for verification of all backups for Client Billing to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Issue and submit Client Billing in a timely manner, maintaining clearcommunicationwith clients and internal teams.
Book invoices in the PRISM system, ensuring accurate andup-to-datefinancial records.
Support the Project Control Engineer (PCE) in monthly CFT (Cost Forecasting Tool) reporting and other related activities.
Participate in Project Control team efforts to promote Project Control Processes (PCP) across the organization.
Attend to urgent ad-hoc tasks as required to support business operations.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or Commerce from an accredited university.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in a billing or financial coordination role within a project-based environment. Should possess a strong understanding of client billing processes and project financial management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
Familiarity with financial software and systems, particularly PRISM, or similar billing and invoicing software.
Stronganalytical skillswith the ability to meticulously verify and reconcile billing data and financial documentation.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Attention to detailto ensure the accuracy of billing information and compliance with client specifications.
Strongcommunicationskills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal teams and clients.
Problem-solvingabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
Familiarity with MS Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a plus.
Previous experience in project controls or financial management within a project-based environment is preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
