About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Video Editor/Director to lead our video production efforts from concept to delivery. This role requires a creative storyteller with strong technical expertise in editing and directing video content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will oversee the end-to-end video production process — from shaping ideas and directing shoots to delivering polished, high-quality edits that elevate our brand and campaigns.

As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing leads to ensure video output is engaging, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction of video projects, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, compelling, and brand-aligned content for multiple platforms.
  • Add advanced elements such as subtitles, transitions, animations, and motion graphics.
  • Direct video shoots, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to translate scripts and campaign ideas into visual storytelling.
  • Manage and maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and stock footage.
  • Ensure all video output meets deadlines, technical requirements, and brand standards.
    Mentor junior editors, content creators, and production interns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Senior Video Editor, Video Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
  • Strong knowledge of short-form and long-form video editing for social and digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, and audio design.
  • Experience directing shoots (studio and field) with a strong eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing advanced editing, creative direction, and storytelling skills.
    5years plus experience
