Other branches are located at Mushin, Abattoir in Agege, Surulere and Arena.<br><br><strong>We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position Below<br><br></strong><strong><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Officer / Teller<br><br></strong></strong><strong>Location: </strong>Marina, Lagos<br><br>Employment Type: Full-time<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong><ul><li>The Customer Service / Teller is responsible for providing excellent frontline service to customers by handling financial transactions accurately, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>The role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to banking guidelines and security procedures.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, cashing checks and other routine banking operations</li><li>Maintain and balance cash drawer and reconcile at the beginning and end of each day.</li><li>Verify customer identity, check transaction appropriateness, and escalate suspicious or non-standard activities.</li><li>Adhere to internal controls, policies, regulatory requirements, security procedures.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and promote positive customer relationships.</li><li>Provide information about the bank’s products and services, and refer customers to appropriate departments for more complex services.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 1 – 3 years experience.</li><li>Experience in a microfinance bank is an added advantage.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Application Closing Date<br><br></strong>25th November, 2025.<br><br><strong>Don't Keep!
