PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS :Preferred Skills and ExperienceResearch :A curiosity and interest in optimizing digital products for usersStrong communication skills with the ability to consolidate user feedback into actionable insightsExperience with user testing methodology, both moderated and unmoderatedExperience moderating user interviews and group sessionsFamiliarity with user testing software including : UserTesting, UserZoom, etcAbility to synthesize user data analytics to produce research insightsReport writing and presentation skillsDesign :Experience working in Figma, Sketch or other design toolsExperience constructing interactive prototypes for user testingCapabilities in overall visual composition : typography, spacing, placement, hierarchy and creating consistent affordances that enhance the usability, and ultimately delight, of the resulting productPortfolio of design work and experience delivering work within an established design systemABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS :At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
