  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Two Saturdays off per month)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with a strong understanding of bathroom fittings to join our showroom in Lekki. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to effectively represent our brand and products to potential clients. This role is for a female sales professional who is confident, personable, and able to create a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively engage with potential customers both in-person and through outbound efforts to present and sell our bathroom fittings products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the full range of bathroom fittings and related products to offer expert advice to clients and assist with product selection.
  • Showroom Representation: Represent the showroom professionally to customers and create a welcoming, informative experience for all visitors.
  • Market Insight & Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and business prospects, and help grow the showroom's market presence.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure timely follow-up for smooth transactions and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in bathroom fittings, home decor, or similar industries.
  • Gender & Appearance: Female Only (attractive, fair-skinned, well-groomed appearance is preferred).
  • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of bathroom fittings and design trends is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product details in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer-Oriented: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Driving License: A valid drivers license is a plus, as the role may require travel for client meetings within the Lekki area.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work on Saturdays (with two Saturdays off per month).
