Job Summary:

HR Service Jobs is seeking a skilled and passionate Virtual Resume Writer to support job seekers in Nigeria looking to pursue opportunities abroad. You will be responsible for creating compelling, professionally tailored CVs, resumes, and cover letters that align with international standards—helping individuals land jobs, internships, and academic placements in countries such as Canada, the UK, the US, Germany, and more.

This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft high-quality resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to global job markets.

  • Analyze clients academic and professional backgrounds to create personalized, achievement-focused documents.

  • Conduct virtual consultations or gather detailed input via online forms or email.

  • Stay current on country-specific resume formats, industry trends, and employer expectations.

  • Edit and improve existing client resumes for clarity, impact, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English.

  • Deep understanding of resume structures, job market requirements, and hiring practices abroad.

  • Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling career documents.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and PDF formatting.

  • Experience using ATS-friendly formatting and keywords.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients remotely.

Experience:
