Role Description

This role involves supporting recruitment efforts across various clients as a Recruitment Coordinator.

  • Manage candidate communication and scheduling
  • Ensure a streamlined hiring process using tools like Workable and Asana

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Management: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruitment Operations: Assist in job posting on relevant platforms and sourcing potential candidates. Maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as processing expense reimbursements and maintaining recruitment-related documentation.
