We have an opportunity for a part-time or full-time Assistant Client Service Representative in-person position at our Brimfield Office (ideally a schedule in both locations each week) to assist and help manage the insurance plans of our clients. Put your skills, knowledge, and energy to work making a positive impact for our clients, growing with our team, and strengthening our community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, and answer and direct phone calls.
  • Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
  • Participate in our proactive account renewal process.
  • Ensure that all account files are properly documented within our management system.
  • Claim intake, reporting and follow up.
  • Issue insurance binders and Registry documentation, to include processing EVR transactions.
  • Input client-initiated policy changes.
  • Collaborate and engage with all our team members to provide superior customer service.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Required-

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales, marketing, or customer service experience.
  • A high energy, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and technology skills.

Preferred-

  • College Degree, and or Military experience.
  • Insurance service or sales experience.
  • Experience using Applied EPIC.
  • Experience with RMV procedures and/or EVR.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38.75 per week
