We’re looking for a caring and creative team member to join us in providing meaningful activities and daily support for our residents. This role is all about bringing joy, comfort, and connection to those who need it most.<br><br><strong>Schedule<br><br></strong><ul><li>Part-time</li><li>This position works 1 set day a week 8A - 4P. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create and lead engaging activities designed for residents with dementia.</li><li>Offer both group and one-on-one programming to encourage social, emotional, and physical well-being.</li><li>Help residents get to and from activities safely and comfortably.</li><li>Partner with families to learn about residents’ interests and histories, tailoring activities to their needs.</li><li>Support and train volunteers who assist with activities.</li><li>Maintain attendance records and ensure supplies are ready when needed.</li><li>Honor each resident’s preferences, rights, and dignity at all times.</li><li>Pitch in with light cleaning and campus needs as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (required).</li><li>CNA certification in Indiana preferred (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>Experience working with dementia care or in a nursing home setting is a plus.</li><li>Compassion, patience, and a heart for working with older adults are essential.<br><br></li></ul>If you’re ready to make a real impact in the lives of residents and their families, we’d love to hear from you!<br><br>Contact HR with any questions at 574-537-4029.
