Daily communication with supervisor and operators on potential defects</li><li>Test incoming/outgoing materials. </li><li>Send bad product back to production to be fixed, before allowing product to be shipped out or used in production.</li><li>Help pack products into shipping containers as needed.</li><li>Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quality and timely results.</li><li>Work with Quality Supervisor and production team to develop more efficient processes and higher quality standards<br><br></li></ul><strong>Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Technical Capacity. </li><li>Organizational Skills. </li><li>Problem Solving/Analytical. </li><li>Time Management. </li><li>Attention to Detail.<br><br></li></ul><strong> Supervisory Responsibility<br><br></strong><strong>This Position Has No Positions Reporting To It<br><br></strong><strong> Physical Demands<br><br></strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.<br><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.<strong> This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. </strong>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.<br><br><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work<br><br></strong>This is a full-time hourly position, and hours of work and days are decided by production and your reporting Manager.
