As a Client Services Professional with experience in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service teams. Your technical knowledge and customer service skills will ensure a seamless and professional client experience.

In this role, you will:

  • ???? Serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • ???? Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • ???? Leverage your industry experience to guide customers through service options and recommend maintenance plans—earning commissions on enrollments.
  • ????️ Utilize our advanced software, in partnership with Google, to manage client information and streamline scheduling.
  • ????️ Communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring customers understand their service options and our commitment to excellence.
  • ???? Collaborate with the dispatch team and field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
