Kitchen Manager

Other Jobs To Apply

We’re not just looking to fill a position—we’re looking for the right person to help us grow Positive Pie in Hardwick into the best version of itself. This job is for someone who wants to take ownership, build up a team, and wear the success of this kitchen with pride.

If you’re just looking for a paycheck, like to point fingers, or can’t handle the heat when things get busy—this isn’t the spot for you.

We’re after someone who:

  • Cares about doing things the right way, every time—not just when someone’s watching
  • Can lead by example and teach others with patience, not ego
  • Doesn’t get rattled when the kitchen’s slammed and orders are flying
  • Shows up on time, communicates like an adult, and doesn’t make excuses
  • Wants to be a part of the bigger picture—building a shop we’re all proud of
  • Takes pride in clean workspaces, sharp-looking plates, and a tight, efficient kitchen
  • Knows that great food starts with prep, systems, and standards

This is a full-time leadership role with real responsibility. We want someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a gap. We’ve got a solid foundation, but we’re looking to step it up—and we need a Kitchen Manager who wants to be a part of that.

If that sounds like you, let’s have a real conversation. If it doesn’t—no hard feelings, but this probably isn’t your kitchen.
