Summary of Position:

Capriotti’s Team Members are the faces of Capriotti’s and set the tone for the level of service provided in a warm, friendly, safe and sanitary environment for our guests.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Passion – Be the Best: A Capriotti’s Team Member participates in the daily workload required for effective operations of the business. Team members may be assigned to one or more stations during a shift and will be required to complete all shift tasks and side work for their assigned stations.
Family – Care About People: A Capriotti’s Team member offers warm and friendly guest service at all times. Team members communicate effectively and are expected to consistently maintain a respectful work environment with guests and each other.
Integrity – Walk the Talk: In the preparation of Capriotti’s menu items or prepping of ingredients, a Capriotti’s Team Member consistently follows all documented recipes, in a clean, safe and sanitary environment maintaining Capriotti’s standards for quality ingredients and shelf-life. All Capriotti’s Team Members are required to adhere to health department codes and requirements regarding food sanitation and handling of product.
Team members assigned to food preparation adhere to Capriotti’s portion/quality controls to ensure menu items are consistently presented utilizing Capriotti’s standards and procedures.
Profitability – Everyone Wins: Team members assigned to a register ensure all guest orders are accurately entered into the P.O.S. system using proper cash-handling procedures.
When preparing food, Team Members maximize product yield without sacrificing quality to minimize product waste.
Genuineness – 100% Real: Capriotti’s Team Members adhere to standards for personal hygiene, uniform and appearance at all times. Team members possess clear and friendly communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to safely lift 50 pounds
  • Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
  • Frequently required to reach, bend and lift throughout shift
  • Able to receive and follow through on instructions; oral and written
Qualifications:
  • Previous quick-service or fast casual restaurant experience is preferred
