Location: Remote (Headquarters: Delray Beach, Florida)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative support to an executive managing sensitive and time-critical responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, a commitment to confidentiality, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistance or remote operations support.
  • Extensive experience with Asana, including system creation and team implementation.
  • Strong written communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, and file organization.
  • Proven ability to work independently, maintain discretion, and act with maturity and speed.
  • Experience with Excel is a plus.
