We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Subscriptions business, one of Credit Karma’s most strategic new initiatives. Subscriptions sit at the core of our vision to deliver ongoing value to members through personalized guidance, proactive insights, and access to premium features that help members make financial progress every day. This role is an opportunity to build, scale, and optimize a business that strengthens long-term relationships with our members while driving meaningful recurring revenue for Credit Karma. You will own the vision and roadmap for Subscriptions, guide a cross-functional product team, and partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data science to create delightful experiences that members are willing to pay for.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Subscriptions, balancing near-term growth with long-term business sustainability.
  • Build subscription offerings that deliver durable member value, including ongoing benefits, personalized insights, and integrated tools across Credit Karma’s ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing teams to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement across the member lifecycle.
  • Establish clear success metrics (subscriber growth, engagement, retention, revenue per user) and align the team around measurable impact.
  • Inspire, manage, and mentor a team of product managers while creating strong cross-functional partnerships across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations.
  • Champion a member-first approach, ensuring subscription experiences are transparent, trustworthy, and in service of our mission to champion financial progress.
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on features, packaging, and pricing models to optimize member value and business outcomes.
  • Serve as a key leader within the broader Product org, helping shape strategy and influence company-wide initiatives beyond Subscriptions.

What’s Great About This Role:

  • Opportunity to build and scale a new business line that is a top corporate priority.
  • Work on high-visibility initiatives with significant executive sponsorship.
  • Shape how millions of members engage with Credit Karma day-to-day, not just during episodic financial events.
  • Balance business ownership (recurring revenue model) with product craft (delighting members through ongoing value).
  • Lead a talented, cross-functional team in a startup-like environment with the backing of Intuit’s scale.

What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful consumer products at scale.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, leading, mentoring, and growing PM talent.
  • Ability to set the big-picture strategy while rolling up your sleeves to dive into details of execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and research to make product decisions and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Comfort working within legal, compliance, and policy constraints in consumer finance.

What we would love to See:

  • Experience in fintech, consumer technology, or subscription businesses.
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement mechanics.
  • Strong ability to connect business model innovation with member-first product design.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align diverse teams around a bold vision.
  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable influencing at all levels, including executives.
  • Experience owning a recurring revenue product (subscriptions, SaaS, or DTC models) strongly preferred
