As an Expansion AE - Emerging you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively engaging and managing relationships with customers in the Emerging segment (300 employees or less). Your expertise in managing a large volume of high velocity deals will be instrumental in expanding client accounts.</p> <p>This is a key role within the organization, as MaintainX has seen (and will continue to see) triple-digit, year-over-year growth; thus, creating a need for world-class client care and management.</p> <p>The ideal Emerging Expansion AE/Account Manager won’t be afraid to pick up the phone and engage with several hundred accounts on a quarterly basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to be a part of both client retention and expansion. This is a difference-making, meaningful, high-responsibility role, and we expect the right candidate to be someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organized, and is laser-focused on the client.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ownership - You will own a “book of business” from post-sale handoff onwards. You would use your sales experience to effectively engage and build relationships with a large segment of our emerging customers. Know your clients like family and take care of them as such.</li> <li>Expansion - Happy clients tend to expand. You will leverage your experience in navigating high volumes of deals to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. </li> <li>Prospecting - You will take a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.</li> <li>Presentation - Articulate key metrics and data to demonstrate the value and impact of our solutions, effectively conveying the return on investment for our clients.</li> <li>Organization - You will manage a book of business and need to execute multiple tasks simultaneously such as client requests, demos, proposals, follow-ups, etc. It’s imperative that you stay organized and nothing falls through the cracks.</li> <li>Systems – We’re a tech company, so we provide you with great technology to do your job.
