Working together with your Strategic Business Partner, HR Business Partner and regional team, you will hold the business units in your region — <strong>DACH: Germany, Austria and Switzerland</strong> — accountable for their performance against a set of defined financial KPIs and operating metrics.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your role will be key to achieving the Everfield strategy of driving profitable top-line growth across the portfolio business units. In this role, you will use your perspective as Finance Business Partner for business units located in the DACH region to help shape, influence and improve the set-up of financial and operating data sets and systems for the group.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This will include supporting ERP set-up and integrations, implementation and analysis of management reporting, as well as analytics and dashboarding requirements.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You Will Do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare and deliver the monthly reporting packs, including management P&L, financial KPIs and key operating metrics, for each business unit in the DACH region.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare the Quarterly Update Review packs to be presented and discussed with the Everfield CEO, CFO and COO.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan, align and deliver final annual budgets for each business unit, incorporating long-term expectations and strategic initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage a rolling forecast for each portfolio business for the full financial year, incorporating modelled strategic initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interact with the M&A team and review modelling assumptions for potential acquisitions in the region.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead, together with the Strategic Business Partner and HR Business Partner, the day-to-day relationships with the business units in the DACH region.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Play an active role in integration activities for newly acquired businesses, including assessing system and data requirements and helping to design reporting solutions, together with the Integration Director and the Head of BI.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support weekly sales pipeline reporting and reviews.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage your own team, including a Regional Financial Controller, on day-to-day activities.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What We Are Looking For</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A self-starting personality that fits into an environment characterised by entrepreneurship.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to manage many stakeholders across multiple, distinct businesses in varying stages of maturity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Completed university education, ideally supplemented with a further professional finance qualification such as CA, ACA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 5 years’ experience within an international or complex environment, with the drive and ambition to make a difference.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partner role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in English and German.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills in an international, multi-language setting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to establish strong rapport with senior stakeholders and local leadership teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideally, a background working in fast-growing technology and/or SaaS companies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to travel occasionally across the DACH region and Europe as required.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Above all, we are looking for a great colleague: enthusiastic, approachable, honest, committed, result-focused and a team player who wants to achieve the best results together.</p>
