You'll assist callers with inquiries about coverage, policy endorsements, certificated, binders, billing, or policy modifications. Expect to manage a high volume of billing calls, especially around military paydays on the 1st and 15th of each month. While awaiting your state license, new hires will focus solely on billing inquiries. </span></p>
