Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Communications, Or A Related Field.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Customer Engagement Or Customer Relationship Management.

Strong Understanding Of The Entertainment Industry And The Disney Brand.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.

Experience In Developing And Executing Customer Engagement Strategies And Campaigns.
