• Participate in training sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work towards personal and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Requirements
• No previous sales experience is required; an eagerness to learn is essential.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Interest in luxury jewelry and retail is highly desirable.
