Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
Processor – Core i5 or higher
RAM – 8GB or higher
Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 5 Mbps.
A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise (trust us, you’ll appreciate the quiet) and without interruption.
Responsibilities:
. Act as a primary point of contact for drivers working overnight, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
. Serve as a point of contact for our client’s dispatch desk
. Perform data entry duties, including accurately entering and updating information in a computer system
. Handle any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
. Advanced English and Spanish required
. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable using software in general
. Previous experience in dispatch and customer service is preferred
. Able to work overnight from 8 pm to 5 am EST on Sunday through Thursday
. Organized and detail-oriented
