Lo que harás:

  • Manejar el sistema de Mantenimiento Preventivo: imprimir, segregar, distribuir y dar seguimiento a preventivos, actualizar sistema con el "status" y mantener métrica de ejecución para esta área (OTP).
  • Manejar el Tool Crib y piezas de reemplazo. Esto incluye:

  • Mantener inventario en sistema

  • Someter requisiciones de piezas utilizadas para aprobación y verificar status con el comprador.
  • Buscar cotizaciones con los suplidores
  • Apoyar a manufactura e ingeniería en el proceso de hacer requisiciones de compra.

  • Dar mantenimiento a la base de datos de máquinas detenidas, Job Orders

  • Proveer status semanalmente al equipo de seguridad sobre los EHS alerts asignados al área de Mantenimiento
  • Dar apoyo en proyectos especiales
  • Asegurar que las reservas de diesel se mantengan sobre el mínimo establecido proveyendo información a compras para reabastecimiento de los tanques

COMPETENCIAS DEL PUESTO:

TPM:

  1. Semanalmente, proveerá las órdenes de trabajo para mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos / maquinarias y los distribuirá a las personas responsables de realizar las tareas (Supervisores y Mecánicos).
  2. Actualizará el sistema de FaciliWorks con las órdenes de trabajo completadas.
  3. Preparará y proveerá reporte de rendimiento general y por mecánico semanalmente y al final del mes.
  4. Archivará las órdenes de trabajo en el área asignada.
  5. Preparar gráfica de rendimiento mensual, incluyendo tendencia, mayores detractores y proveérselo a los supervisores e ingenieros para añadir acciones.
  6. Dar seguimiento con el comprador a las órdenes de piezas críticas
  7. Mantener el inventario de piezas en sistema
  8. Desarrollar informes de las métricas identificadas
  9. Participar activamente en los TIER y reuniones identificadas

  • Responsable por los equipos asignados y documentación en el área de trabajo.

1) Ejecutar las tareas de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.

2) Ejercer su función de acuerdo con adiestramiento recibido, incluyendo JSA (Job Safety Analysis)

3) Uso y cuidado de equipo de protección personal

4) Utilización correcta del equipo de seguridad en áreas requeridas

5) Actuar y velar por su seguridad y la de sus compañeros

6) Reportar cualquier condición insegura a su supervisor y/o Oficial de Seguridad.

7) Observar las reglas de seguridad establecidas y que se cumplan por otros.

8) Contribuir con sus ideas a mejorar la salud y seguridad de la planta

9) Estar atento a la prevención de accidentes en su área de trabajo

10) Conocer y poner en práctica la Política de Seguridad de la planta

EQUIPO, MATERIALES, MÁQUINAS Y HERRAMIENTAS:

  • Terminal de computadora (Microsoft Office)
  • FaciliWorks para control de TPM e inventario

Requisitos:

Educación: Grado Asociado o Técnico relacionado

Experiencia: Un (1) año de experiencia en trabajo relacionado

HORARIO: L-V 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
