### Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers aboard the aircraft.

– Perform pre-flight cabin checks and monitor cabin during the flight.

– Efficiently manage in-flight services and communications.

– Provide medical assistance to passengers if required.

– Conduct and facilitate safety briefings for passengers.

– Handle any in-flight emergencies in line with Southwest’s protocols.

### Requirements:

– Minimum age of 20 years.

– High school diploma or GED equivalent.

– Ability to pass a rigorous training program covering safety, customer service, and operational procedures.

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

– Physically fit to meet the demands of the job, including, but not limited to, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
