Tu misión

  • Asesoramiento Excepcional: No se trata solo de vender joyas, sino de crear una conexión. Ayudarás a nuestros clientes a encontrar la pieza perfecta, ofreciendo un servicio personalizado que supere sus expectativas.

  • Objetivos con Propósito: Trabajarás con KPI's, objetivos individuales y grupales, donde tu desempeño será la clave para nuestro éxito común. Te daremos las herramientas necesarias y celebraremos cada victoria juntos.

  • Cuidado del Espacio:Nuestra tienda es nuestro templo y tu rol es clave para mantenerlo impecable: apertura/cierre, limpieza, visual merchandising y mucho más. No te aburrirás

  • Producto: Cada joya tiene su historia y merece ser presentada en su mejor versión. Serás responsable de su cuidado, del control de stock y dar apoyo en el proceso de inventarios.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en retail, trabajando con atención personalizada y con objetivos de venta.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado imprescindible.
  • Flexibilidad horaria para trabajar de Lunes a Domingo.
  • Una persona con alta orientación al cliente, a la consecución de objetivos y con gran motivación por crecer y desarrollar su carrera profesional.
