Merchandising Strategy Manager, Strategic Content and Lifecycle Merchandising - Full-time ID-10739

We are seeking a dynamic merchandising strategist with significant commercial experience to spearhead our efforts in integrating third-party and licensed content while building member growth and lifecycle merchandising experiences. This role will focus on merchandising diverse content acquisition types and optimizing non-member, early member, and returning member experiences.

As a Catalog Merchandising Strategy Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that integrate new content into our platform and enhance the member journey from signup to early discovery to ongoing engagement. + Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage limited data to inform decision-making

+ Deep understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits with entertainment, especially as they intersect with a content catalog and related services

To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000-$370,000.
