<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>We are looking for 1st Shift Warehouse Associates. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receiving, shipping and storage, of products within the warehouse. This role involves various tasks including picking and packing orders, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and work with a sense of urgency.<br><br>**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**<br><br><ul><li>Some of your duties may include**:</li><li> Accurately pick, palletize, and prepare large orders according to established procedures.</li><li> Use voice system technology (Vocollect) to receive directions and communicate with the system in all aspects of warehousing (receiving, put-away, replenishment and selection).</li><li> Receive, unload and inspect incoming goods, verify items against purchase orders, and ensure proper stocking and storage of products.</li><li> Load prepared orders onto shipping trailers for delivery.</li><li> Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.</li><li> Conduct routine checks to ensure products meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or damage.</li><li> Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management.</li><li> Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including proper disposal of waste and ensuring clear access to emergency exits.</li><li> Work effectively with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient order processing.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Schedule<br><br></strong><ul><li> Daylight Shift; Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 am and occasional Saturdays<br><br></li></ul><strong>You'll Need To Be Able To<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ability to stand/walk for extended periods as well as climb ladders occasionally.</li><li> Lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs. consistently and perform repetitive tasks.</li><li> Work in a varying temperature environment.</li><li> Wear steel-toed safety shoes and PPE equipment as required.</li><li> Willingness and ability to work with products that may contain gluten, cheese, pine nuts and other food allergens.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Must be 18 years or older.</li><li> High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li> Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
