As we continue to grow, we're seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to keep our digital footprint thriving, marketing campaigns sharp, and trade show presence strong, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities and grow alongside the role.

What We're Looking For

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll wear multiple hats: managing our eCommerce website and PPC, updating creative assets, coordinating trade show logistics, and working closely with our sales and operations teams. This role offers the chance to maintain a solid marketing foundation while identifying new opportunities to elevate our brand and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Maintain and update our WordPress/WooCommerce website (images, copy, product launches, promotions). Coordinate with external developers as needed.
  • Creative Production: Use Photoshop templates to update print ads, modify collateral, and create show materials. Design updates to product documentation and visuals.
  • PPC Oversight: Track performance and guide strategic adjustments.
  • Trade Show Coordination: Prepare marketing materials (swag, brochures, booth visuals), manage logistics with our shipping team, and travel to ~6 national shows per year.
  • Email & Newsletter Campaigns: Create and send quarterly newsletters and promotional e-blasts via Constant Contact.
  • Vendor & Sponsorship Management: Track dues and manage relationships with partner organizations, publications, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with Sales and Support to ensure marketing materials reflect current pricing, features, and product updates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, or creative roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce and basic website updates
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Constant Contact, Mailchimp)
  • Comfortable with light travel (~10–15%)
  • Bonus: experience working with NetSuite, PPC, or print ad workflows
  • Bonus: front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.)
