Our CSR,s, create orders, verify insurance and have financial obligation conversations with patients.

It is a fast paced office where a multi-tasking individual with solid verbal and written communication skills will be a valued part of the team.

Computer skills ,good memory and retention skills are extremely helpful.

We seek a person with excellent follow-up skills, the ability to explain products, deductible and copays and other related information in a clear manner.

Job Duties Include:

¨ Processes and completes orders daily

¨ Verifies insurance’s and correctly enters them into system

¨ Coordinate patient information and process paperwork to enable the billing department to submit bills in a timely manner.

¨ Establish and maintain patient files as required by policy and procedure.

¨ Obtain authorization from insurance as needed.

¨ Send CMN with orders

¨ Confirm refills, exchanges, pick ups.

¨ Check all paperwork and enter patients into the system on a timely basis for billing

¨ Make arrangements for collection of co-pay or deductibles, at time of order.

¨ Communicates with referral sources obtaining patient information pertinent to the ordering process.

¨ Understands that they are accountable for their performance of their job

responsibilities

Education/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in Customer Relations required and/or health care industry preferred.

Experience/Knowledge:

¨ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

¨ Must have personal computer skills and be able to operate a multiple line telephone system.

¨ Knowledgeable in all major insurance carrier reimbursement guidelines and eligibility for coverage by third party payors.

¨ Familiar with all lines of equipment and supplies to meet customer needs.
