JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an Import and Export Operations Analyst with experience in FTZ (Foreign-Trade Zones) to join our team.

This professional will be responsible for the daily import and export operations of goods, focusing on FTZ (Foreign-Trade Zones) operations and customer experience (timeliness, quality, efficiency), ensuring compliance with regulations.

Activities to be performed:

1 - Coordinate import and export operations, with special attention to FTZs transactions.

2 - Ensure the end-to-end process from collection, documentation, booking, shipment, customs clearance, to delivery at the destination within the deadlines negotiated with the clients, ensuring quality and efficiency

2 - Ensure that all necessary shipment documents are according on logistic defined (air, ocean, road / import or export) in compliance with U.S. import and export regulations.

3 - Coordinate the movement of goods in and out of FTZ zones ensuring compliance with regulations.

4 - Resolve logistics challenges, such as delays, damaged goods, or documentation issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations

5 - Ensure accurate and compliant shipping documentation and maintain organized records

Experience with foreign trade zone inventory management and customs processes is mandatory.

This position requires on-site work

Languages: English is necessary / Portuguese is desireable. / Spanish is desireable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in import and export operations, with a focus on FTZs.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently

Schedule:

  • Worked days: Tuesday to Saturday (full-time)
  • Daily hours: 09:00 am to 17:30 pm
  • Lunch break: 30 minutes
  • In-person work
