About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Typist, your primary responsibility will be to enter, verify, and maintain accurate records across multiple databases and systems. You will also be typing reports, updating digital files, and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correctly formatted.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain records in company systems with 100% accuracy.

Type reports, correspondence, and other documents as directed.

Verify data against source documents to ensure correctness.

Manage and organize digital files for easy accessibility.

Meet daily and weekly data entry/typing quotas.

Communicate with internal teams regarding incomplete or unclear information.
