We're looking for a Competitive FPS Game Tester with a deep understanding of first-person shooters, esports meta, and game balance. If you live and breathe twitch reflexes, know the difference between good gunplay and great gunplay, and can spot a broken hitbox from a mile away, we want you.

As a Game Tester, you'll be responsible for identifying bugs, assessing gameplay balance, and providing detailed feedback on core mechanics such as movement, shooting, map flow, time-to-kill, and weapon tuning.

Role description

  • Test video games to find bugs.
  • Follow test scripts to ensure game systems match design.
  • Write clear and detailed bug reports, including screenshots and/or videos.
  • Verify bugs are fixed in later versions of the game.
  • Work as part of a team, learning from others and sharing information.
  • Provide qualitative feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience playing First Person Shooter video games, at a competitive level is a plus.
  • Passionate about video games.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to quality and eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Google and Microsoft office suites.
  • Broad schedule availability
