The Training Expertise Center (TEC) and New Technologies Education Manager will lead the development and execution of regional TEC—Centers of Excellence for physician training and early technology evaluation. This role provides strategic oversight of TEC Professional Education activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and R&D.<br><br>You will be a key contributor to establishing JNJ MedTech Neurovascular as the industry leader in clinical performance, knowledge dissemination, and training excellence.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Strategic Leadership & Program Development<br><br></strong><ul><li> Drive the selection, development, and strategic direction of regional TECs.</li><li> Lead planning and execution of new technology training programs in collaboration with US and Global Marketing, Commercial Education, and other cross-functional partners.</li><li> Align TEC programs with global strategy and support OUS training needs, as needed.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<br><br></strong><ul><li> Coordinate physician trainings with Faculty and Field teams.</li><li> Collaborate with Global Education, US Commercial Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and excellence in TEC programming.</li><li> Establish strong consultative relationships with KOL faculty to elevate training programs.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Curriculum & Content Management<br><br></strong><ul><li> Design dynamic training curriculum for New Product Introductions (NPI).</li><li> Oversee content development, copy approval, and compliance processes.</li><li> Evaluate and implement innovative training modalities (e.g., web-based tools, AI, AR/VR, telementoring).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Operational Excellence<br><br></strong><ul><li> Manage budgets, materials, and administrative support for training events.</li><li> Ensure compliance with Health Care Compliance, Regulatory, and Safety guidelines.</li><li> Maintain accurate documentation for HCP agreements, Faculty Time Records, and payments.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Program Evaluation<br><br></strong><ul><li> Develop metrics to assess program effectiveness and ROI.</li><li> Identify education gaps and continuously improve learning strategies.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Required:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree.</li><li> Minimum 5 years of relevant Neurovascular business experience (Professional/Commercial Education, Marketing, Sales, Clinical).</li><li> Minimum 3 years in organizational learning or education.</li><li> Advanced proficiency with Neurovascular products</li><li> Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.</li><li> Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, ZOOM).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li> Advanced degree.</li><li> Experience launching new products.</li><li> Strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.</li><li> Familiarity with Health Care Compliance guidelines.</li><li> Experience presenting to physicians and senior leadership.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ability to travel up to 50%, including some weekends.</li><li> Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate weight-bearing activities.<br><br></li></ul>Join Our Team!<br><br>If you are passionate about advancing medical education, fostering innovation, and making a meaningful impact on healthcare, we want to hear from you. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
