  • Build strong and productive relationships with photographers
  • Manage the portfolio of around 300 photographers
  • Serve as the voice of the client for the photographers
  • Maintain regular proactive communication with the photographers, mainly via calls
  • Conduct weekly/biweekly/monthly touch base depending on photographers' value
  • Establish a trustworthy relationship and a strong sense of community with photographers
  • Establish communication routines: gathering feedback on service and tools, updates on assignments

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Mandatory 1+ year experience as a Success Manager
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM system
  • Background in photography-related areas
  • Enthusiastic and confident communicator, especially over the phone
  • Comfortable speaking with photographers and building rapport quickly
  • Able to make 15+ calls per day smoothly and consistently
  • Mature and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:
