About the position
As a Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences and providing world-class service to our valued consumers every day. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about retail and eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for educating consumers about our products, in-store promotions, and events, while also supporting the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives. In this position, you will be expected to deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our V.I.B.E.S service model. You will proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include learning and assisting in various departments within the store, such as consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management. You will also support team members in the daily execution of retail operations, which includes managing the POS system, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards. As a Sales Associate, you will lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve your personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques. Adhering to HEYDUDE's Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures, will also be a critical part of your role. This position requires flexibility in your work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance being essential.
