We're looking for a Art Director to lead the adaptation of large-scale brand campaigns into localized creative across retail, print, social, and out-of-home channels.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking an established campaign system and evolving it for different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand experience. You'll partner closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-quality work across a high-volume environment.

What You'll Do

  • Adapt national campaigns into localized creative across retail, print, social, and OOH.
  • Art direct and design customer-facing and internal campaign assets.
  • Build scalable design systems and templates that support high-volume production.
  • Partner with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to tailor messaging for local audiences.
  • Collaborate with production designers and cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
  • Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work across print, retail, social, and environmental design.
  • Experience adapting campaigns for local or regional markets.
  • Experience creating scalable campaign systems and templated creative.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual systems skills.
  • Experience working in high-volume creative environments.
  • Ability to collaborate across creative, strategy, and marketing teams.
Preferred Experience
  • Retail, advertising agency, or performance marketing experience.
  • Experience with out-of-home (OOH) campaigns.
  • Understanding of print production and preparing print-ready files.
  • Experience collaborating with motion designers or creating motion-ready creative.
