SaaS Sales Executive – 100% Commission + Recurring Revenue

Other Jobs To Apply

We are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated SaaS Sales Executive to drive growth and bring Raah to e-commerce entrepreneurs, dropshippers, and digital marketing agencies.

This is a 100% commission-based role designed for closers who want to build a long-term, compounding revenue stream. Unlike standard one-off commission models, Raah offers a recurring revenue model: you earn 25% commission on every sale, every month, for 12 full months of the customer's subscription. As you close more accounts, your monthly income snowballs.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Pitch: Identify and reach out to dropshippers, e-commerce brand owners, and media buyers via LinkedIn, Discord, Facebook groups, email, and cold outreach.
  • Demonstrate Value: Conduct concise, high-impact product walkthroughs showing prospects how Raah identifies winning products before they go viral.
  • Close Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to subscription checkout.
  • Build Your Pipeline: Maintain an active pipeline of e-commerce leads and consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets.

Compensation & Earning Structure

  • 100% Uncapped Commission: You own your earning potential. There is no base salary and no ceiling on what you can make.
  • 25% Recurring Commission (12 Months): For every customer you sign, you receive 25% of their subscription revenue every single month for their first full year.
  • The Snowball Effect: Build a portfolio of active subscribers and watch your baseline monthly income grow month after month.
  • Performance Bonuses: Cash bonuses and commission accelerators awarded for hitting milestone targets (e.g., $2,000 Cash Bonus For Hitting 100 Users).

Who We’re Looking For

  • The Closer Mentality: You are resilient, driven, and highly motivated by uncapped financial rewards.
  • E-commerce / Dropshipping Knowledge: You understand the dropshipping landscape, e-commerce terminology (ROAS, scaling, winning products, product research), and the pain points of online store owners.
  • B2B / SaaS Sales Experience: Previous experience selling software, digital marketing services, or high-ticket courses is a major plus.
  • Self-Starter: You do not need micro-management. You are disciplined, organized, and capable of generating your own leads alongside company-provided strategies.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven software clearly and persuasively.

Why Work With Raah?

  • True Autonomy: Work from anywhere in the world, on your own schedule.
  • High-Demand Product: You are selling a solution that directly makes money for the customer—when they find winning products using Raah, the software pays for itself.
  • Compounding Income: Stop starting from zero every month. Our 12-month recurring structure rewards you for building a lasting subscriber base.
