ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB TASKS:

  • Accurately prepares, packages and labels products for shipments based on customer requirements and order information
  • Ensure all system transactions support inventory accuracy (Delivery Reports, Order fulfillment, Inbound shipments, etc.)
  • Assists with delivering products to local lounges as business dictates
  • Assists with the fulfillment of orders
  • Assists in inventory efforts and preparation of projects
  • Follows quality standards, systems, procedures and policies; follows OSHA, FDA and other regulations to ensure best practices
  • Responsible for cleanliness of the shipping area
  • Participates and follows daily, weekly and monthly shipping goals
  • Communicate effectively with management, including reporting any inventory or product issues
  • Assists In Packaging and Production departments as needed

GUEST SERVICE/INTERACTION: Daily face-to-face, phone and email interaction with other staff throughout the organization. Frequent face-to-face interaction with management to exchange information and complete work tasks.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or GED, preferred

PHYSICAL:

  • Requires regular bending, stooping and twisting, and the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in close quarters with others.
  • Must be able to visualize the computer screen and perform data entry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This isn’t a desk job! Standing and moving about is required up to 100% of the time
  • Requires the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Requires the flexibility to work extending hours or shifts for peak seasons
