- At least six monthsโ€™ prior experience in a customer service or call center position (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skillsโ€”both written and spoken
- A high school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of Windows and desktop computers
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Efficient multitasking, organizational, and logical reasoning skills
- Self-discipline and ability to thrive in a virtual, team-based work setting
- You must be at least 18 years old

Minimum requirements for your remote workspace:


- Reliable, high-speed internet (at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload)
- Stable connection with ping below 50ms and no packet loss (must use a traditional ISP; hotspots, satellite, P2P, and VPNs are not permitted)
- Documentation of your internet speed
- Private, distraction-free work area at home
