JOB REQUIREMENTS

You Must Have:

ยท One year of experience within the past two years of direct client care experience at a facility, hospital, or home health agency UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A NURSE or have an active CNA certificate.

ยท Driverโ€™s license

ยท Reliable transportation to and from work โ€“ your own car

ยท Proof of auto insurance

ยท Original Social Security card or INS authorization to work in the United States

ยท Ability to pass a background check, driverโ€™s record check and drug test

ยท Current TB test: skin test taken less than 12 months prior, chest x-ray taken less than five years prior

ยท Ability to work either a Saturday or Sunday every week
