In the role of Assistant Property Manager at CubeSmart Self Storage, you'll handle both customer service and property upkeep, ensuring your property runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service:
  • Building customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing tailor-made solutions with top-notch service.
  • Engaging directly with customers, delivering exceptional service, and establishing connections.
  • Meeting sales targets and performance metrics each month.
  • Performing property inspections for lock checks and conducting unit showings for customers.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively to rent storage spaces, sell products, manage leases, process payments through our Point-of-Sale System (POS), handle daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.

Property Maintenance:
  • Performing physical tasks such as daily property inspections, cleaning units and common areas, and lifting storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ensuring the facility is tidy and operational by mopping, sweeping, replacing light bulbs, and preparing storage units.
  • Maintaining a clean and secure storage environment according to company standards, including restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, fencing, walls, and doors.
