We are seeking highly motivated Remote Chat Support Agents to join our team in an overnight capacity. As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will manage live chat interactions with clients, provide information on our digital PR and SEO services, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience. As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for clients reaching out through our chat platform. You will prioritize chat sessions based on urgency and complexity, ensuring each client receives prompt and accurate responses.
