As a TCS Specialist, you will support the Services Operations team by assisting with Technical Contact Standardization (TCS)

reviews, process documentation, and operational initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and

compliance across TCS deliverables while helping drive standardization and scalability as volume increases.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams, support ongoing process improvement efforts, and provide

operational relief for senior team members by managing repeatable tasks and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TCS reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and requirements.

• Review, validate, and maintain technical contact information and related documentation.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document best practices, and support standardization

initiatives.

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving process documentation, templates, and knowledge resources.

• Support project coordination activities, including tracking deliverables, maintaining schedules, and preparing

status updates.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

• Provide operational support and relief capacity for senior team members by managing recurring and

administrative tasks.

• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of evolving business priorities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in operations support, documentation management, quality assurance, compliance,

project coordination, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, and collaboration tools; SharePoint experience is a

plus.

• Experience with data review, documentation management, quality assurance, or process standardization

preferred.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience supporting operations, compliance, documentation, or standardization initiatives is highly desirable.
