We are a growing secondary school tuition centre in Singapore dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence through high-quality instruction and personalised support. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Student Enrolment Coordinator to manage enquiries from prospective students and parents.

Position Overview

The Student Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with new enquiries, following up with prospective parents and students, scheduling trial lessons, and supporting the enrolment process. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new enquiries via phone call, WhatsApp, and email
  • Respond promptly to parent and student enquiries
  • Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our programmes
  • Schedule trial lessons and consultation sessions
  • Send reminders for upcoming lessons and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and communications
  • Update lead tracking spreadsheets and CRM systems
  • Escalate complex academic or programme-related questions to management
  • Provide regular updates on lead status and conversion outcomes

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic office software
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, administration, education, or telemarketing is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups consistently

Working Arrangement

  • Part-time, remote position
  • Flexible working hours
  • Approximately 1–2 hours per day initially, with potential for expansion as the centre grows

Compensation

  • Hourly rate based on experience
