Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients and their representatives through phone or in-person inquiries.
  • Provide financial guidance related to government schemes, subsidies, and insurance options.
  • Conduct thorough verification of medication supplies for patients at designated clinics.
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and label medication prescriptions, ensuring speed and accuracy within specified timeframes.
  • Re-label and print summary labels, correct typing errors, and manage the filing and counting of prescriptions.
  • Maintain drug stock and inventory, including monitoring buffer stocks and checking for near-expiry medications.
  • Facilitate the receipt of goods from the store and ensure proper management of drug inventory.
  • Identify and rectify prescription processing errors, including seeking clarifications from prescribers when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team operations.

Requirements:
