Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain data, including inventory, logistics, procurement, and supplier performance, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Develop and implement robust forecasting models to predict demand and optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. • Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to streamline supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and facilitate the implementation of recommended improvements. • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational insights. • Support vendor selection and management processes by analyzing performance metrics and negotiating terms to ensure optimal value and service. • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience, sustainability, and technological integration. • Continuously monitor industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and maintain competitive advantage. Required Skills • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or similar role (minimum 3 years). • Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and data modeling. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex data sets. • Experience with supply chain management (SCM) software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
