We are currently hiring for the position of Multi Drop Van Driver to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our Fleet and Transport Team, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely completing upwards of 50 drops per day using a 3.5-tonne van.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Safely operate a 3.5-tonne van to complete assigned daily pharmaceutical deliveries.</li><li>Load and unload totes onto the van while maintaining their integrity and security.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Keep accurate records of deliveries made, and any other relevant information.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the transport team to relay updates or address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.</li><li>Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure your van is in a roadworthy condition.</li><li>Ability to lift tote bins with a weight up to 25kgs.</li><li>Carry out upwards of 50 high volume deliveries per day.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Valid manual driver's licence with no more than 3 ‘live’ points on your licence</li><li>Proven experience as a Multi Drop Van Driver or similar role.</li><li>Familiarity with local traffic laws and knowledge of assigned delivery areas/routes.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.</li><li>Ability to work independently while adhering to delivery schedules.<br><br></li></ul>Whilst Alliance Healthcare is committed to developing positive policies to promote equal opportunities in employment, we have a duty of care to ensure we do not instigate or worsen any conditions that would prevent the team member from carrying out manual handling duties.
