Job Description:

The Independent Sales Contractor Rep position is responsible for Direct Sales for our award winning sightseeing tour and activities company exclusively in Los Angeles, California! This is a remote, flexible, and independent contractor opportunity. Bonus if you are in the Los Angeles area because you have the opportunity to actually visit potential clients face to face. Yet you can do calls and email from anywhere. Set your own schedule, work from anywhere, and earn unlimited earning potential. Get paid on each sale by selling something people actually want — joy, fun, and memorable experiences.

Qualifications you MUST have for this position:

  • Excellent communication skills!! Great at speaking to people, networking, and being clear in all of your email communications. This is the most important skill that you are required to have.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. You’re always looking for ways to do your job better. Able to think outside of the box, and see things from multiple angles. Always consider how your presentation affects the other person.
  • Must have a strength in critical thinking!
  • Based in the Los Angeles California area is definitely a plus, as in addition to calls and email, you would have the opportunity to sell in person
  • Prior sales experience a plus. Strong background in sales, particularly in outside, and B2B sales
  • A positive attitude – above all you lead with kindness and understanding
  • Self-motivated with a friendly approach
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies and generate sales
  • Ability to perform cold calling and manage sales analysis effectively
  • Must be over 21 years old
  • General tech literate working with phones, email, video meeting, online booking, social media marketing/posting, and maintaining great records.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and build sales through outbound efforts and generating lead opportunities
  • Sell Tours, Activities, and Gift Cards to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Market our company through cold calls, social media, and in person when possible
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Though you work independently, each rep is part of a small sales team
  • Attend weekly team meetings through video conference
