As a senior or lead digital analyst on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Strategy team, you'll shape and expand our data landscape. In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the business to define requirements and work with IT to deliver enhancements that keep our platforms ahead of evolving needs. You’ll support high‑quality documentation and transparent organizational change, enabling self‑service for data users. By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure our data remains reliable, trusted, and ready for analytics on scale. Additionally, you’ll contribute to our Coaching Quality Analytics (CQA) data environment by managing data that forms the foundation of CRM’s coaching and quality programs. This involves providing reliable insight into call handling, quality outcomes, and the effectiveness of coaching for all NICE-recorded users. Your contributions will help uncover new insights into call behaviors and deliver valuable business intelligence to enhance the overall customer experience.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum three years analytical work experience in a professional setting including, experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics/Google BigQuery/Google Tag Manager or a comparable digital analytics suite and cloud provider.

Preferred skills
  • Intermediate to advanced programming skills in Snowflake and a solid understanding of data and analytics principles
  • Experience with data warehouse management
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and collaborators
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with both business and IT partners to create or update data assets to meet business needs

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $131,200/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
