THE JOB
As the Vice President, Social you will drive growth, research and development and best practices across paid social. You will have a passion for paid social with a track record of innovative and strategic approaches. You will be responsible for social leadership including working closely with other agency leaders to develop and implement best-in-class socially innovative strategy. This position will provide thought leadership on paid social campaign strategies, audience segmentation, data-driven media plans, and apply industry-leading technologies to deliver high-caliber POVs.
Responsibilities include:
• Curates leading social media approaches for clients and agency leadership to drive the business forward
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client counterparts and be a key agency contact and internal agency partner
• Serves as a thought leader on topics of social innovation; acting as the go-to resource for the most advanced media and business challenges our clients and teams face
• Developing cutting-edge social strategy and thought leadership by generating points of view on new social media products and industry trends to incorporate into media-driven solutions and business-building ideas
• Identifies, monitors and recommends the adoption of new platforms
• Evaluates trends around social analytics and applies to business approach
• Enjoy being a key partner to social media publishers and partners to identify client innovation opportunities
• Responsible for facilitating each team member’s growth and development
YOU

We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in social marketing on the brand, media or agency sides
• Entertainment experience required; theatrical and/or streaming experience a plus
• Experience leading a team and clients in a holding company/media agency environment
• A solid understanding of all major biddable platforms including Meta, You Tube, Tik Tok, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Snapchat required
• Knowledge of ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools a plus
• Strong interest in the social technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent skills in MS Office:
Excel, Word and Power Point
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Data-driven decision-making; a proven track record of turning business problems into business solutions using data, automation, and statistics
• Collaboration-minded, in approach and execution
• Clear and articulate communicator with ability to direct and coach team members
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and address client concerns to maintain positive relationships

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range $200,000—$225,000 USD
