About the Team
The Sports Product Team at TikTok is dedicated to creating a global platform that drives sports discovery, fan engagement, and vibrant community culture. Our goal is to be the primary destination for sports enthusiasts worldwide. We are seeking experienced product strategy&operation manager with a passion for solving complex, cross-time-zone challenges. Ideal candidates have a spirit of exploration, actively identifying user needs and pain points, and driving innovative solutions to create impactful opportunities in the sports content ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
1. Based on sports events, develop productized solutions that balance user experience and rights-holder requirements, and define core product needs.
2. Drive the implementation of product capabilities, coordinate with Product, Engineer, design, and Data teams to ensure on-time launch, and conduct post-launch analysis to measure effectiveness and iterate.
3. Analyze event performance data and user feedback to optimize product strategies and improve engagement metrics.
4. Collaborate with Partnership, BD, and User growth teams to integrate product solutions into overall event operations.
5. Establish and document best practices and reusable product frameworks for sports event operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in internet product operation or product management.
2. Excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven.
3. Exceptional user insight capabilities, with the ability to deeply understand the needs of rights-holders and creators.

Preferred Qualification(s):
1. Strong product thinking and project management skills, able to translate operational needs into clear product requirements. Understanding of sports industry and event operations is preferred.
2. Solid data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL is a plus.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79200 - $182400 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.



Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
